Abstract: | Mhix haga facli tikteb dwar hidmet xi hadd, aktar u aktar meta dan ix-xi hadd ikun ghadda hajtu f 'attivita' hawtiela. Izda hija aktar haga iebsa li thares lejn il-kitba partikolari minn lenti oggettiva. Dak li jfegg mat-tqallib tal-pagni hu rifless tal-hsieb li jserrep f'mohh il-hallieq. Il-kotba klassici l-kbar inftehmu sew eghxieren ta' snin wara li nkitbu, Kapolavuri kbar oħra, fosthom xi xoghlijiet ta' Kafka nstabu mbaskta min-nar, ftit sekondi biss il boghod minn abort letterarju. Kitbet Dun Gorg m'ghandha l-ebda pretensjonijiet - hi biss sfog, tentattiv sperimentali b'ghodda ordinarja. Il-fil tal-kitba la hu filosofiku u lanqas xjentifiku. Anzi nindunaw bil-harba tal-pinna minn dak kollu li jista' jtaqqal u jxekkel l-argument. X'uhud mill-kotba huma sensiela ta' stampi, kultant bla ordni, iżda li facilment iqanqlu l-emozzjoni. L-interess tal-kittieb mhux li jizviluppa idea u jifliha minn irkejjen differenti izda li jxenxel hsieb ma' iehor minghajr ma jhabbel wisq mohhu dwar kemm irnexxielu jezawrixxi l-punt tad-diskussjoni. Insibu ghadd kbir ta' pagni fejn kull wahda tittratta fuq fuq xi suggett u mbaghad bhala konkluzjoni l-awtur jistieden lill-qarrej biex wahdu joqghod jistudja dak li jkun ipprezentat lilu. |
