Vandalism and violence

Abstract

Through this study on 'Vandalism and Violence' I attempted to show that even in Malta there is a need of increasing the public's awareness of such problems. The school has an important role to play for through the school both the future adults and their parents can be informed, educate and encouraged to combat vandalism and violence. The work is divided into two parts. Part One deals with vandalism that is with the causes of vandalism, vandalism in Malta and methods of control. Part Two deals with the problem of violence, mainly with a comparison of violence, the various is conducive to violent action or whether it actually discharges the aggressive energy of the viewers. Finally, I mentioned the various methods of how violence is controlled and gave further recommendations on how this can be achieved by other methods, especially by enlisting the help of the school.
