| Abstract: | This dissertation deals with the design and implementation of a multimedia software in our secondary schools. This package consists of four activities which help the students learn grammatical concepts in a more enjoyable and interesting setting. It is aimed at students in Forms I and II. The main objective behind this software is to assist the teacher of English in the teaching of verbs. The software is designed to be used as a teaching aid following the lesson, rather than as a teaching tool. The software was evaluated with forty students, coming from four different schools, two of which were Junior Lyceums, a Church School and an Area Secondary School. |
