Abstract: The fundamental value of life in respect for the dignity of man that consequently amounts to the safeguarding of his identity 'Corpore et ANIMA UNUS'. All other values of man pivot around and are based and developed on the inviolable and inalienable right to life. The inviolability of the innocent human being's right to life should exist from the very moment of conception until death. A Rational reflection on the fundamental value of life and human procreation is therefore indispensable for formulating a moral evaluation of technological interventions on a human being from the first stages of his development. The gift of human life that bears the image of the Creator. Man's right to life is not given to him by man. Man has the duty of placing himself as fully as possible in the service of the universal, inviolable and inalienable right to life. It has been stated that the Right to Life is the basic human right from which all other Human Rights stem, because only through it can a human being enjoy other rights. A person who is deprived of his right to life is automatically also deprived of all other human rights.
