| Abstract: | In recent years, Building Informtion Modeling has been introduced within the AEC industry and several countries have implemented a BIM mandate for public procedured projects. The traditional system in Malta has room for improvement within the AEC industry and regarding the number of complex projects in the pipeline it may be wise to introduce such methodologies now to ensure projects are developed within established times and budgets, avoiding rework and waste of resources. |
