Abstract: The aim of this study is to bring to the readers some information that they might mistake about women's rights in the traditional societies, so this study comes to focus on the rights that women should receive, and put lights on the misinterpretation and the abuse of women rights. It is correct that women suffered from abuse of their rights, but one should ask himself, what is the reason behind this abuse? When our study was focusing on religion (Islam), which is considered the system that organizes most societies in the Arab world, which is part of the developing countries, we should examine what is the role that Islam played as a social system in abusing or protecting women's Rights.
