dc.description.abstractToday education Is a means for social mobility. Through it, society changes for a better living. I his study deals with the right to education specifically, and its purpose is to prove UNESCO effectiveness. The title provides evidence that it is a study on UNESCO work to Implement the right to education. A special sequence discussion contains a general view of activities and methods to make the right to education a reality. The three most important areas: access to education, equal opportunity in education and democratisation of education are discussed from a social point of view as the end result should be to make the same education available to everyone without discrimination. The dissertation consists of four chapters with an introduction and a conclusion. Chapter one defines the meaning of the right to education from a moral angle; the chapter defines the moral force of education as a right. Chapter two cites the different legal instruments of the above right with a focus on non-discrimination in education, which is the scope of the dissertation's title. Chapter three consists of the international cooperation system to implement that right Chapter four deals with the protection of the right to education regarding free access to education without discrimination, which attributes contemporary concern such as Dakar Forum.en_GB
