Abstract: | Over the years I have been writing something in the annual feast souvenir programme about this locality where I was born, have lived and loved all my life. When pressing myself for a choice of topic for this year's publication, I made a mental look-around. Whether simply closing my eyes for inspiration or with eyes wide open, the choice was inevitable: the slow but sure destruction of our old village core. |
