Abstract: Tourism, has always played a fundamental role in Malta's economy. Compared to previous years, Malta decreased its competitive advantage to countries which were able to offer competitive prices at good quality standards. One of the strategies that could be adopted to gain stability is to induce first time visitors to become loyal customers.
