The first part tackles the initial premise of the question, asking where does noise stop? This will lead us to see that the common ground between noise and music is sound. Therefore, in Chapter 1 the groundwork rests in mapping out the forms of sound communication in the world today. This will take us to Chapter 2 were we review that the problem of noise, in light of its physical aspect, may not measure music; and here we highlight the problem of musicality. In addition, we are also forced to consider other crucial aspects of sound communication, namely the role of the human agent, the perceptive aspects and the effect of the environment. The human agent is the protagonist in this act and it is through him that we measure noise, musicality and music. In chapter 3, we take a deeper look into the first arguments that we raise; in relation to musicality and man in order to determine where music may begin. The 4th chapter will also follow suit in addition, by looking at the effect of communication in determining where noise stops and music begins. The fifth chapter will redefine and summarize the central aspects of sound, communication, noise, music and musicality respective of the flow that was presented.en_GB
