dc.description.abstract | This is a quantitative study which aims to analyse the discrepancies that might exist between the employers and employees regarding their obligations and inducements held within the psychological contract. The data was obtained through the use of questioners distribute both to the employers and the employees who work within a chosen organisation. The findings showed that there is no clear line that gives the possibility to conclude that there is or there is not discrepancy between the employers and employees. This is supported by the different amount of discrepancy found within the chosen items to represent the psychological contract. | en_GB |
