The analysis of an in-house magazine' content related to openness of information and empowerment

Abstract

This study is titled "The analysis of an in-house magazine - related to openness of information and empowerment". It is primarily an in-depth study of content within the specified in-house magazine. The extensive review of literature shows the notability of organizational communication in today 's competitive environment. This investigation cites the academic findings, and through a survey design seeks to portray the importance of this relationship, in a comparison to the content of the magazine. When asked to provide the feedback about their in-house magazine, the employees of the organization were invited to submit their opinions and suggestions. They were required to impart information about their involvement in the magazine, how they perceive its content and its purpose. They were urged to value its credibility and deliver their improvement measures for the magazine' content. The purpose of this study was to open the doors to an awareness about the importance of the human person within the work setting, especially in relation to gaining information and betterment. Along with the requisite for open communication about organizational objectives, it raises the issues of empowerment significance and motivation of employees.
