Abstract: Peoples' lives unfold in the city; it is them who give life to the buildings making up the city. If buildings do not respond to the needs of the people these do not succeed in conceiving a symbiotic relationship between people and architecture. Past, present and future are constants in any individual's life and these parameters are essential for the building of one's identity. Life is a collection of experiences and memories. This mutual dependence of memories and how these evolve in an architectural landscape is the fundamental concept guiding this research.
