| Abstract: | A large volume of waste is generated by the building industry, and although this waste is inert, and has uses in landfill operations, it is still an under-utilized resource. The bulk of this is waste globigerina limestone, which is found in a variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from fine dust to large blocks. The use of this waste in industry has been hampered by two facts. |
