dc.description.abstract1986 will be the 20th Anniversary of our Philatelic Society, and it is my desire to commemorate this event, as has been done in the past; with another special edition of the PSM Magazine. Our local and overseas members should participate by contributing interesting material and articles. Our Society (as indeed all Philatelic Societies) was set up to educate through philately, to help members in research of unpublished and unknown material, and to foster love for Malta philatelic material. These were the main reasons why I accepted being your Editor, an assignment which is very demanding but stimulating. [excerpt]en_GB
