| Abstract: | The Society has once again organised, for the ninth successive year, the 'Vote a Stamp Referendum' in which voters from twenty different countries. in addition to those from Malta, participated. The counting of the votes took place at the Monthly Meeting of December. As some of the members had forecast, the stamp which received the highest number of votes was the 27 cents stamp of the Railway Centenary set, designed by Mr. Richard J. Caruana, which polled 23.7% of the total number of votes received. [excerpt] |
