| Abstract: | Professor Roger Murphy is an Emeritus Professor of Education in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. He is a former Head of Department in that School, and Dean of the Faculty of Education, and a former President of the British Educational Research Association. Since leaving the University of Nottingham in 2013 he has worked as a freelance educational consultant in the UK and overseas working on both qualifications development and the professional development of teachers. He has been undertaking work in Malta for over 22 years, including several projects for the University of Malta and MATSEC. |
