Abstract: Considering that coastal hazards are trans-boundary in nature, the underlying objective of CABARET Project (CApacity Building in Asia for Resilience EducaTion) is to foster regional cooperation for more effective multi-hazard early warning (MHEW) as a mitigation measure and to increase disaster resilience among coastal communities.
