Abstract: This study examines the sexual harassment of teachers in Malta's secondary schools. After reading multiple literature based on sexual harassment and studies explaining different experiences of teachers; hundred seventy five questionnaires were given out to teachers to see what they think. Amongst these teachers, there were twenty four male teachers and fifty five female teachers explaining about their sexual harassment experiences. This study demonstrates the fact that student-on-teacher harassment based on sexual harassment is often not tackled in schools. It also demonstrates that there is inadequate information available to enhance tolerance of sexual harassment. It shows that this issue is not given enough importance and hence no prevention strategies are discussed.
