| Abstract: | Minsel is a digital etymological database for lexemes of Arabic origin in Maltese which is currently being compiled at the Department of Oriental Studies of the University of Malta. Minsel is still in its initial stages and researchers are currently in the editing phase. Once this online platform is launched, it will contribute towards the study of the Maltese lexicon in particular and Arabic dialectology in general. |
