This research investigates the perceptions of full-time working mothers towards selection of childcare options. The data was gathered through in-depth interviews while using the qualitative analysis by means of the Interpretative Phenomenological Approach. The themes from this study show that there is a common pattern in the way full-time working mothers perceive different childcare options and what influences their choice. This can be seen in their beliefs about different selection, their opinion about the life of working mothers, what they look for in a childcare centre and what makes them satisfied with the childcare arrangements they choose. Furthermore, the results show significant contribution to the knowledge regarding full-time working mothers having children under the age of three. Future research recommendations in this field are also given.en_GB
