| Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is not to outline Benigno Zerafa's life but to breathe life into his music through editing, together with an evaluation and subsequent appreciation of his musical competence. His complete musical oeuvre is well preserved, catalogued and available for research in the Music Archives at the Cathedral Museum, Mdina. It is sincerely hoped that the Messa [di Gloria] a. 4. Voci will receive revival performances for the pride of our national musical heritage. |
