dc.description.abstractL-iskop ta' dan ix-xogħol huwa biex permezz ta' qari, osservazzjoni, analiżi u taħriġ, l-istudenti-għalliema u l-għalliema jsiru aktar konxji tal-imġiba tagħhom stess fil-klassi u fl-iskola, bil-għan li jtejbu l-esperjenza tat-tagħlim, għall-istudenti u għalihom infushom. L-istudenti-għalliema għandhom bżonn l-għajnuna għax jinsabu f'perjodu ta' tranżizzjoni. Qed jitbiegħdu bil-mod il-mod mill-pożizzjoni ta' studenti sakemm jiksbu b'mod formali l-istatus ta' għalliema professjonali. Min-naħa l-oħra, l-għalliema fi skola diġa' għandhom l-esperjenza fuqiex jistrieħu, u ma' xiex iqabblu dak li se jaqraw u jaħdmu dwaru. Kemm l-għalliema, kif ukoll l-istudenti-għalliema, jekk jixtiequ jikbru u jiżviluppaw hemm bżonn li jkunu osservaturi biex jitgħallmu jgħarblu dak li jkun qed jiġri waqt it-tagħlim u dak li jkunu qed iġarrbu l-parteċipanti fil-lezzjoni.en_GB
