| Abstract: | This project is not intended to instruct the reader in the techniques of power system design, but is rather aimed at demonstrating, through the analysis of the steady-state behaviour of sectors of an actual electric power system, the innumerable advantages that experienced power system engineers may gain through the use of computers. In particular, the project criticizes objectively the methods employed presently to acquire the relevant data, and endeavours to suggest improvements regarding the compilation of such information in the future. |
