Abstract: | 1983. A Church Primary School elects its first Parent-Teacher Association hoping to solve its main problem: lack of co-operation from parents. A careful study shows that in fact a serious lack of Communication between School and parents exists. Fifteen difficult years of decisive measures are sufficient to stimulate communication, co-operation and change. But there is more to be done to render the school a 21st century school. |
