Abstract: Learning objectives: The purpose of our educational exhibit is to: demonstrate the typical radiological findings in cerebral amyloid angiopathy and its complications. Background: CAA is a cerebrovascular disorder charcterized by the deposition of β -amyloid proteins in medium sized vessels of the cerebral cortex, sub-cortex and leptomeninges. CAA is an important cause of spontaneous intra-cranial haemorrhage in the normotensive elderly. It is not usually associated with systemic amyloidosis.
