dc.description.abstract | Sir William Herschel, a German astronomer discovered the Uranus in 1781 after much data based upon observation of the new planet and well tried theories of planetary motion. Consequently, theories were built as a result about movements of the of careful observation and it was then possible for astronomers to calculate in advance the position of a planet at a moment. This could afterwords be verified through observation. However, Uranus did not come to occupy the position as expected and this incident left astronomers baffled. From this historical fact it can be seen that when facts do not occur according to the theories put forward by scholars, problems crop up. Infact, in the past, there were many theories which had to be re-modelled to meet rising demands of necessity but there are some theories which create problems which man cannot solve by his human intellect alone.
