| Abstract: | The intention of this study, is to draw up a concrete, tangible picture, of how the University Library is regarded by its users. It is hoped that this study could facilitate effective planning by the top management. This research is intended to enable a comprehensive feed-back from the University Library's patrons, thus providing hard factual data which the administration could consider, in taking stock of the situation as it stands. |
