| Abstract: | The aim of this long essay is to analyse data in relation to work-life balance and how this can be achieved by full and equal participation in paid and unpaid work. Therefore a close encounter with factors that determine participation in the labour market of both men and women. Finally this study highlights policies and family-friendly measures which help achieve the desired balance between work and family. |
