Abstract: Inclusive entrepreneurship has attracted increasing interest both for scholars and policy makers. A growing number of aging individuals and persons with disabilities opens opportunities to explore these two populations from the point of view of entrepreneurship to foster social inclusion, financial independence and self-confidence. This conceptual paper seeks to build on previous literature primarily exploring the barriers to entry to entrepreneurial activity experienced by the two populations with the aim of proposing a parsimonious early development model that may create a symbiotic relationship where seniors and persons with disability can thrive in the labour market. It is argued that the Dis/Ability model may open up opportunities at policy making level and also from a scholarly point of view by establishing a new lens through which inclusive entrepreneurship may be explored.
