Abstract: | Psychological Work factors can leave a tremendous impact on ill health and can affect both the social and working life of any worker irrespective of age, gender and education level. This Research is aimed to identify in what way these various work factors affect the job performance of six chosen workers. These chosen subjects were identified as possible victims by means of a questionnaire that was distributed to the entire workforce. This quantitative research, studies their relationship climate outcome, and how their productivity is affected when these individuals are stressed with possible emotional issues at their place of work. In fact this study concludes that indeed, through these outcomes, both management and workers as such are subjected to detrimental issues. These could harm the company involved. It is without doubt that a good policy designed with careful planning from the top management, must include direction to enhance the well-being of the worker. This is by far the most prominent issue that should be addressed in order to control negative work factors at the place of work. |
