The University of Malta operates a timetabling and scheduling software for most, but not all of its entities. Timetables published using the software can be accessed as follows:
At this point in time there are 13 participating entities:
The timetable platform will provide you with a personal timetable, for those study-units that you have registered for, and that are offered by these faculties only.
Therefore if you are taking study-units from other faculties, you will need to consult the timetables published by the respective Faculty, Institute, Centre or School.
If there are study-unit activities that you are registered for from these entities, but which are missing from your personal timetable, kindly contact your Home Faculty/Institute/Centre/School Office, indicating the study-unit activities in question.
You are also able to sync your personal timetable to your calendar by using the Subscribe button at the top right hand corner of My timetable.
If there are changes to the timetable, these changes will be automatically updated to My timetable, and also to your calendar. However please note that changes to the calendar might not always be instantaneous. Nonetheless, faculties will also be sending out the standard emails advising such changes.
Note for first year, visiting and auditing students
Once you activate your UM email account, you are able to access the timetabling platform via https://timetables.um.edu.mt/
and search for the study-units you will be taking (or are interested in) using Find Timetable (from the menu on the left).
Once you have been registered for your study-units, you will automatically find your personal timetable under My Timetable (from the menu on the left).
In both cases the timetabling information will be limited to the study-units offered by the entities on the project.
This initiative is in line with the UM’s vision to digitalise its processes and provide a better service to its students and staff. We would like to thank you for your collaboration with this project.
Note for students who have not yet activated their UM email account
In order to get access to your personal timetable we encourage you to activate your UM email account asap. Nonetheless, even without your account, you are able to access timetabling information for the Faculties on the project by following the link https://timetables.um.edu.mt/ and selecting GUEST.
You will then be able to search by Module (study-unit) or Programme of Study.
Please note that once you have activated your UM email account and been registered for your study-units, you will automatically gain access to your personal timetable.
