Students are hereby notified that they have to bring with them an acceptable proof of identity either a Malta ID card, Passport or a University Library card at every exam.
With reference to Regulation 33 (2) that states that:
Students who are not able to provide acceptable proof of identity may be permitted to continue the Examination provided that they undertake to produce verification of their identity within a reasonable period, normally on the same day of the Examination. If Verification is not provided, the matter shall be referred to the Assessment Disciplinary Board.
The invigilator will inform the Faculty Officer as soon as they see that a student does not have the required identification document.
