The Department of History of Art, the Mdina Cathedral Museum and Palazzo Falson are collaborating for the launch of the book Intrecci Preziosi: Arti Decorative Siciliane A Malta 1565-1798 by Dr Roberta Cruciata.

Dr Cruciata has researched Sicilian-Maltese artistic links in great depth and has produced this publication as a result of her Ph.D. thesis.

The book launch will be held on Tuesday 14 March at 18:30 in the Baroque Hall of the Mdina Cathedral Museum. The general public is invited to attend.

Professor Mario Buhagiar will be chairing the event. The speakers are Professor Keith Sciberras, Ms Francesca Balzan, Dr Mark Sagona, Rev. Dr Edgar Vella and Dott.essa Roberta Cruciata.

Copies of the book will be available after the launch.
