On the occasion of Women's Day, the Women's Rights Foundation, in collaboration with other local organisations, is hosting the Women for Change March & Celebration. The event is being organised to raise awareness on women's rights and gender equality and celebrate women in their diversity.

The University of Malta, through its Department of Gender Studies at the Faculty for Social Wellbeing will be participating at the event.

The Women for Change Malta March & Celebration will be held on Saturday 11 March and will kick off with a march from the Parliament Building at 14:30 which will end in St George's Square.
