Professor Dominic Fenech will deliver a talk on our historical roots and understand certain present traits of our nation's political culture. His talk will follow his latest publication '1921 Self Government in Malta 1921-1933' that gives an account and discussion of the processes that went into the making and working of the first self-government under British rule over a limited period of thirteen years.
