The St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation is delighted to welcome staff and students to an exhibition of a set of tapestries A Gift of Glory at the Co-Cathedral in Valletta on Thursday 8 and Monday 12 June 2023.  

The tapestries, commissioned by Grand Master Ramon Perellos, the 63rd Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, have just been restored extensively, a process that lasted sixteen years at De Wit Laboratories in Belgium. They are now hung with great pride, as they embody the grandeur and elegance of a bygone era. The last time they were displayed was in 1990 during the Papal visit of John Paul II.

Tickets may be obtained against a donation of EUR 5 from Room 216A, Office for Human Resources Management & Development, First Floor, Administration Building as from Tuesday, 30 May. The Office is unable to reserve places.

The coach will leave at the Main Entrance of the University Msida Campus (bus stop opposite Campus Hub) at 12:00 (noon).

Donations will all go to the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation (MCCFF) and Id-Dar tal-Providenza.
