The Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics within the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, is pleased to host a Pharmacotoxicology lecture by Visiting External Examiner.
The title of the Lecture is: Every "Never" they ever said came true. The Unbelievable History of the US Opioid Epidemic.
The Invited Speaker will be:

- President of the Spanish Foundation of Clinical Toxicology
- National Coordinator of the Spanish Toxicosurveillance System
- President, European Association of Poison Centres and Clinical Toxicology
The Event will be held in Lecture Theatre ALR (Level -1) of the University of Malta’s Biomedical Sciences Building, and is open to all students, academics, clinicians, scientists, colleagues working in Malta National Poison Centre, Rehabilitation Centres and all those interested in the topic.
