Event: Trialogue, a collective exhibition
Date: 12-17 July 2024
Venue: Gemelli Art Gallery, Ta' Qali
In an exhibition that showcases not just the individual talents of three local artists, namely Vanni Pule', Gerald John Micallef and Godwin Muscat Azzopardi, the general public will be able to also admire the universal themes that bind the works of the trio.
'Trialogue, A Collective Exhibition' is the result of different backgrounds, diverse artistic preparation, different professional focus, and different specific inspiration.
In fact Gerald, who studied art throughout his educational journey, said his work is also influenced by his university studies. Between 1990 and 1997, he read philosophy, psychology and sociology at the Faculty of Arts and, later on, theology at the Faculty of Theology, University of Malta. These academic studies influenced his works to a great extent.
Discover how, together with Pule' and Muscat Azzopardi, Muscat shares a profound respect for the transformative power of art, with each offering a unique lens through which to view the world.
