The University of Malta Library presents Enduring Ephemera, an exhibition showcasing 70 rare pamphlets from its Archives and Rare Books Collection. This exhibition highlights the remarkable diversity of the collection, which spans a wide array of topics. Visitors will discover pamphlets detailing maritime skirmishes during the time of the Order of St. John, early 20th-century scientific papers, tourist guides, catechetical leaflets, political pamphlets advocating for fairer colonial governance, and debates on the "language question," among other fascinating subjects.

Though many of the pamphlets were printed in Malta, the exhibition underscores the linguistic diversity present in these ephemeral works, with publications in Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and early forms of written Maltese.
