We are thrilled to invite you to IN SYNCH, the first of four events of this academic year's UM Indoor Rowing League. Whether you've rowed before or are an enthusiast of HYROX, CrossFit, or any form of endurance sport, this event is for you. No prior rowing experience is needed—just a desire to compete, have fun, and challenge yourself!

Competition Format:

Participants must row four successive 500m pieces as fast as possible with 1 min of fixed rest in between each piece. However, there's a twist; the first 3 pieces will need to be rowed at set stroke frequencies! Applications and more info can be found online.

Exciting prizes await the top three male and female participants based on their fastest total times. Plus, all participants will be added to the Row Erg League Leaderboard, with points awarded based on performance.

Entry Fees: €8 for UM Rowing members and students, €15 for non-students.
