It’s that wonderful time of the year, when the UM community comes together to embrace the festive vibes and share in the joy and excitement of the season’s celebrations.
The Official Inauguration of Christmas on Campus is taking place later on today, Monday 9 December from 12:30 onwards at Quadrangle.
Here’s a few reasons why you shouldn’t miss it:
- Free refreshments will be available
- There will be live entertainment by the Malta Police Band
- It’s taking place under the auspices of Her Excellency, the President of Malta, Myriam Spiteri Debono
- There will be short interventions by the UM Chaplain, Fr Patrick Magro, KSU President, Mr Luke Bonanno, id-Dar tal-Providenza Director, Fr Martin Micallef, and Pro-Rector for Student & Staff Affairs and Outreach, Prof. Carmen Sammut
- This year’s Theme for Christmas on Campus is A Time To Care, so you’ll be able to enjoy hearing about the recent voluntary experiences of two of our students.
Bring your colleagues, your peers, and your acquaintances along – the more, the merrier!
And don’t forget to show your festive flair by including some Christmas accessories in your outfit-of-the-day.
See you there!
