Successful school-work transitions require collaboration between educators, employers, and policymakers. Education plants the seeds; work allows them to blossom. A good transition provides the fertile ground. This roundtable brings together key stakeholders to explore good practices in promoting and coordinating these transitions. Our goal is to identify good practices and foster stronger partnerships. Effective school-work transitions are a vital investment in both a thriving workforce and the well-being of future generations.

Objective: This roundtable aims to convey key stakeholders to exchange experiences and expertise related to school-work transitions, with the goal of identifying and promoting effective practices.
