The annual St Augustine lecture, organized by the St Augustine Institute and the Department of Church History, Patrology and Palaeochristian Arachaeology, will be held on 26 March 2025 at Gateway Hall A at 19:00. Prof. Marie Pauliat from the Catholic University of Louvain will deliver a lecture on "Women as deacons in Antiquity: an extremely complex dossier". The event will be chaired by Dr Dorianne Buttigieg. The general public is invited to attend. Drinks will follow.
