You have never felt stressed right?
Of course, we have all experienced stress and some periods in life are much more stressful than others.
The Counselling Services at Junior College is offering a one-hour workshop on stress management to JC students.
This will explore practical strategies and healthy coping mechanisms to be able to manage stress better and to learn how to relax.
The workshop will be repeated on two different dates and times and there is a limit of 12 students. Should the dates be oversubscribed, more dates will be offered in the coming weeks.
Dates: 19 November at 09:00 and repeated 2 December 2024 at 14:00.
