Dr Alfred Quintano, a resident academic at the Institute for Tourism, Travel & Culture (ITTC) of the University of Malta, was recently the keynote speaker at the 2nd International Congress on Tourism held in Funchal, Madeira.

Dr Quintano was invited by the joint congress hosts, namely the Scientific Research Association of the Atlantic (AICA) and the University of Madeira. Dr Quintano spoke about Air Transport and Small Island Tourism Destinations.
