Mr Colin Borg represented the University of Malta at the 4th International Conference on Higher Education Advances (HEAD'18) that was held at the Universitat Politècnica de València in Spain between 20 and 22 June, 2018. Academics hailing from countries around the globe participated in this conference.

Mr Borg was selected to Chair a session concerning Globalisation Programmes and presented his paper entitled  "The influence of globalisation and massification on public higher education in Malta: assessing the contextual realities". His paper was selected following a rigorous review process.
