Residents from the RISe Foundation expressed their emotions through an art exhibition which helped them to self-express their feelings and interpret the unconscious.

RISe Foundation Malta is an NGO offering services based on the principle of Restorative Justice, emphasising the safety and protection of society.

With the help of their art therapist, Ms Ilona Deguara, the residents managed to become aware of their self to be able to continue moving forward and grow.

The art exhibition, a first of its kind, is a collaboration between the Faculty for Social Wellbeing and the RISe Foundation.

It was launched on Friday, 1 October 2021 at the University of Malta Valletta Campus and will be available for viewing until Friday, 15 October 2021.
