What was referred to before as Block B has now been revamped to the Be-Block with a number of offices pertaining to the various administrative functions available at Junior College being grouped under the same roof. As such, this move will make the experience of employees as well as students to interact with one another with more ease and efficiency.

At the inauguration event which took place on Thursday 2 March 2023, were present the Principal of the Junior College, Mr Paul Xuereb together with Vice-Principal, Mr Roderick Vassallo, who were joined by the University of Malta Rector, Prof. Alfred J. Vella and the Minister for Education, Sports, Youths, Research and Innovation, Hon. Clifton Grima. The common theme behind the short speeches delivered to those present was to encourage JC staff to make use of the full potential of these premises, whilst keeping the students' needs at the centre of their operations.

Present for the official unveiling of the plaque were the Junior College Administrative staff and other members of the local media.
