The Department of Youth & Community Studies organised the event Thirst Trap on 7 and 8 March 2022 at the University of Malta Msida Campus, as part of the celebrations marking the Faculty for Social Wellbeing's 10th Anniversary.
Thirst Trap featured a theatrical performance on young people’s representation of their bodies on the internet, and on the central issue of consent.
A panel discussion involving students, youth workers, academics, as well as experts in related fields, followed the performance on both days. This work was produced by Spazju Kreattiv, developed by Studio 18 and was commissioned by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ.
